Well I haven't posted since January, so I must say that a lot has happened since my last post. I am now a high school graduate, and a month away from moving down to Auburn. Summer has been pretty incredible up to this point. After graduation, Lauren(my roomate) and I took a trip to NYC, and enjoyed all that the Big Apple had to offer. We saw shows, shopped, and did all those fun touristy things as well. Following the New York trip, I had my Camp War Eagle session. Other than hearing the same thing over and over again, it was pretty fun. It was a little stressful working out my schedule, but I enjoyed getting to know my group along with hanging out with my hoover friends. After one day of being home, I then left to be a Jr. High counselor at Camp Sumatanga. I am so glad I had the opportunity to work at camp! It was a wonderful experience, and I really enjoyed meeting and getting to know the other counselors and the team. They are all incredible people, and each contributed to making an amazing week. After camp I had the privilege of spending a week at the beach. I got some much needed rest and relaxation, but I am glad to be home. I miss my friends so much, and we only have a month until most of us part ways. It is still unreal to me that we are all going off to college. Are we really that old? Although we will be apart, I hope to keep in touch with a lot of my friends. Of course a lot will be coming to Auburn, but the rest I hope to still talk to often. I value my relationships too much to let them disappear.

I know it is crazy, but I am actually updating my livejournal:) A lot has happened since my last actual post, some of which are shown in my pictures.Now I will narrate:) Football season was pretty great, and I totally love being a senior!!! Homecoming was pretty all right, but it was a little bit of letdown as always. Shortly after homecoming I met my wonderful new boyfriend, Dustin. He and I have been hanging out a lot, and he makes me so happy. I'm his princess:) cheesy but you know it is cute... haha well yeah then came Christmas which was exhilarating as always. I spent christmas eve at Dustin's and had a blast with his family. Christmas day was it's usual chaos... But I really enjoyed hanging out with my family throughout the break. Ever since Lauren's diagnosis we've been closer, and I realize now how important family truly is. Moving on:) New years was awesome! Board games + Napoleon Dynamite= great fun. '06 is going to be awesome! Oh and between christmas and new years I found one of my new obsessions... LOST! I spent endless hours watching this glorious show, and loved every moment:) Anyway I think I am beginning to ramble, so I will spare you guys from the boredom... I love you guys!
